It has nothing to do with Bonnie's looks; I just find her Ginny very, very bland, so what Harry supposedly sees in her just doesn't come across on screen.
I can't help but be contaminated by the books; Bonnie is such a vacuum I find the canon traits of the character can't help but intrude. So when you say "what Harry supposedly sees in her" I think LOOKS ... because that's all it is in the book. And even in the movie Harry does say that she's "pretty" (as well as "smart", hah!) ... and so, for me, Bonnie's looks do have something to do with it. And they sadly come up lacking. Doubly so when she's in the same frame as the other girls.
