* madlori's roommate's girlfriend was murdered by her ex-boyfriend

i don't share this too often, but one of my longtime personal philosophies is DBAD!this is truly the list of rules i live life by.

*follows madlori link* ...okay, that's horrible, and then as I read his comment replies, he knows how to keep on keeping on because he lost a child before? There needs to be some serious positive focus directed that way, stat. That's so far past totally unfair there's not even a word in English. Damn.

I generally try to live by the DBAD philosophy; the part of it not listed here is that the practice of thanking people and smiling on purpose nearly always brings immediate rewards because they smile, you feel good. Pretty much no down side.

Amen sister. I think the world would be a whole lot better if everyone tried to followed this rule. I may just print this out and start taping it everywhere.
