Hahaha! I totes guessed on the Granholm quote. I knew it wasn't KC because, well, I'm obsessed and would have heard it, but Granholm was a total guess.

Also, are you from MI? Because I grew up there. And spent my first 21 years there. :D

::highfives:: on the Granholm thing. No, I'm from Louisiana originally but have spent basically my entire adult life in Wisconsin. I get emails every day at work from Governing.com and that's where that wacky quote came from.

Well, I knew it wasn't KC re: DC, but I hadn't heard that soundbite re: Obama. (Which is sad - I didn't miss much Obama news prior to my obsession with all things Skittles.)

That kitchen set-up is pretty sweet, though. True love = making coffee for me every morning, so that would totally be up my hubby's alley since it's got a tv, and he can fulfill his AM obligation to me. ;)

Hahaha, I guessed KC-->DC. Considering there's very little I haven't heard/seen/read about Obama lately, I'm surprised that one slipped under my radar.

Believe me, KC was slobbering all over DC electronically (so I've heard) for months before he won AI - saying that she wanted to make out with him "a lot". (And now she is...) So I can totally see where you might guess her as saying something that crazy. Granholm, though? Never would have guessed.

I wonder what Michelle Obama had to say to that?!
