Tomorrow's Christmas dinner (which I'll be cooking) will include a turkey breast, mashed potatoes, stuffing, homemade cranberry sauce and a vegetable to be named tomorrow afternoon. We'll have ( Read more... )

You forgot "The Grinch Who Stole Christmas"! LOL

My family always opened Christmas Eve as we would normally be traveling Christmas morning. Though, now we spend the Eve with one family and Day with the other, so we open presents both times. I have no clue what we'll do next year, with my parents out your way.

I've gotten pretty clothes from my mother-in-law and trial size makeup. We're opening presents with my parents after naptime. You should have seen Marie last night, she kept trying to open everyone else's presents, most of the adults just gave up and let her do it for them. hehehe

Hope you're having a wonderful time. *HUGS*

*hugs back* We're doing pretty well today. Mr. Annearchy and Maya are in the back yard building a snowman. I've made a start on dinner; I've made the cranberry sauce, peeled the potatoes, started to preheat the oven, and the turkey breast is defrosted. I should call my sisters and wish them Merry Christmas. It's harder this year with my mom and dad not in New Orleans; I'll need to call the nursing facility too. *hugs back again*

Our snow keeps trying to melt. Stupid snow.

I actually got away with not doing much cooking, I made cranberry sauce last night... might have to make jell-o salad...if I had jell-o. oops.

I can easily imagine how hard that must be. Good luck with those calls. *hugs*

Glad you had a good Christmas, Anne. I liked that Christmas movie poll; it and the resulting comments reminded me of some great movies. I now want to watch Love Actually again. It really is a good movie; I have the DVD and the soundtrack. :)
