My paid account on LJ expires soon. Is it still true that basic accounts only have six icons (and does it count if you have any ~loyalty icons~ or whatever), and can you not expand comments? Or did they change that recently? (I don't trust the FAQ to be up-to-date)

Not sure about the loyalty icons, but you can totally expand the comments. It's no big thing. :)

Doh, I forgot to ask about post/comment tracking. Do you know about that for basic?

I'm on basic, and I have the track this option, so I'm assuming it works. Honestly, I don't really utilize this feature. It looks like it's there, though! :)

I think you can track the larger post comment, but cannot track individual comment underneath. For example, you can track page 6 of the kink meme, but cannot track individual threads. Though I'm not 100% on that.

I just downgraded mine to a plus account. The ads aren't too in the way and you get 15 icons instead of six (?) :)

I wish I still used this site enough to justify keeping my paid account =/

Yeah, I'd forgotten about Plus. Do you track any threads/posts?

I dropped my paid account and went down to 6 icons (which they chose for me ... I had to re-upload some of my favorites). I lost the loyalty icons also.
