Someone named Helen in London used my email address to set up her mobile phone account. My email address that is my first and last name, which is nothing close to Helen. I eventually sent a customer support email to the mobile phone company telling them that they needed to contact their stupid customer and have them change their email. I never got any further emails so I assume they cleared it up! But yeah. Wtf.
