I love barramundi. It's the most forgiving fish to cook. Perfect crispy skin every time, takes a little longer to cook so there's no chance of overcooking it, brilliant with a squeeze of lemon and a sprig of thyme. I don't get it often because dollars, but damn it's worth it.

If you're wondering why it's taking so long, it's postal votes.
Dude, aren't your postal votes supposed to BE there by voting day though? That's how ours work.

Nah, they just have to be lodged by voting day. Anything that comes in up to I think it's three weeks after polling day still has to be counted. Also there was a record number of postal and absentee votes this year, so YAY.
