It's been a while since I posted about my "endless" Hobbit illustration, but I have not been idle. Although I did stall a little, I made it an effort to draw every week and now I got to page 17 - and to the beginning of "Over Hill and Under Hill."

Almost done with the first chapter! Now I have figured out almost all of the dwarves - they all now have recognizable faces, dress and style. I'm only missing one (I think it is Nori... Or Oin...) Kili looks like Dostoyevsky :)

OK, I dreaded this, i did not want to do this, I wanted to stop working on the project because an idea of 15 main characters in a book is just sickening! But I began sketching anyway and my second spread of the Hobbit endless illustration has 9 dwarves in it!
