After the end girls ripple 3, they're very centers who have not passed each other. The last 1/2 is with each other, so you should have the sides in a right-handed diamond, not a right-handed box. The diamond can then lockit for the crackle, and all is well.

Thanks, Barry. I thought the designated could never cross the center line, so I made the girls hinge with the 3rd person they traded with.

Ann, Vic responded with the answer for you, but I'd have to forward it by email to you. The graphics aren't working in this post...

Thanks, Bill. I’ve figured it out. See above. As usual it was some small and simple things that tripped me. I looked up Ceder Chest and it says in the book that in a situation like this the designated can cross the center line. It’s been so long since I reviewed any definition books, but when I think that I know 99% of the stuff, I just don’t have the patience to flip through the pages to look for the other 1%.

I'm guessing the trouble is with your Inroll to a Wave and Roll, or with the Yoyo Cast a Net.

Here's what I got Sd to do (assuming the 2nd part of Single Scoot and Trade has a Trade rather than Centers Hinge and Couple Hinge as in Sd's definition, and that it's a Grand Ripple, which Sd won't do with fractions):

Version Sd 38.37 : db38.37 : ui1.13tty all
Output file is "sequence.all"
Sd 38.37 : db38.37 : ui1.13tty all

Thanks, Stewart. No, the trouble is in the Ripple. Should the caller say "Grand"?

The YOYO cast a net might be hard to do at a live dance, but it's easy to see on paper.

I also thought that single scoot and trade is a 3-part call and YOYO can only be applied to the 1st part.
