This boy died right by Nephew's base week before last, knocking out communications with Nephew until Specialist White's next of kin could be identified. What the press release doesn't tell you is that three other men were horribly injured as well and may die (or may have already died) of their injuries

How horrific! It just makes my heart bleed with what little we do for our soldiers, giving what they do for keeping our peace.

Yikes. I don't necessarily agree with the war but I'll support the soldiers 100%. Such sacrifice.

For the record: I oppose this war, and I went berserk when Dubya turned us into a rogue nation and started the Iraq war with no legal justification whatsoever.

I thought that a two-week bombing mission shortly after 9/11 would have been sufficient to make our point. But now it's nearly eleven years of this... O-b-L is dead, but Lockheed and Halliburton and KBR and Blackwater/Xe/Newname are still making money.

As is Nephew's employer.
