Okay, Ace and Savant and I are heading north in the morning. Canadians, forgive me for being late in wishing you a Happy Thanksgiving, and Brits, teach me some manners about your matching holiday, if you have one.

I knew that about yam/sweet potatoes. I've actually had a dish with real yam in it.

I do a twice baked sweet potato too. I shave the potatoes, cube them and bake until soft. Then I mash the hell out of them, add pecans, brown sugar, milk, cinnamon and butter, bake them again and top with praline crumbles.

It comes out deeelish!

We love baked sweet potatoes with nothing but a bit of butter spray and some Mrs Dash. Yum!
