Someone in blindpeople asked me why this is a problem. Here's why

So what can be done about this? I live here and I have no idea what one person can do to help out with this. Arnold wasn't elected, BTW, and I never voted for him. The election that put him in office was as crooked as any Nigerian Bank offer. As a registered "undecided" I didn't get my voting papers until 2 days after the election, most democrats registered didn't get their papers until the following week. The standard polling locations weren't used, instead I had to drive around for a few hours trying to find a street address that ended up being someone's garage in the middle of the most maze-like set of streets I'd encountered in the Bay.

I had no idea voter suppression was that bad out there.

For that, you contact the ACLU and ask them if they are doing voter fraud work, and if they aren't, who is.

Schwarzenegger -- Why Not Three?

Because the law requires that two of the seven be guide dog users, and they already have two.

Heaven forbid that, you know, there might be *three* or *five* or *seven* guide dog users on a panel which licenses guide dog training.

No no no. Much better to have only two actual users, and fill the other seven slots with... nannies.
