I'm aiming for a GSP or GSP mix (oh, how very broad-minded of me) bitch between ages eight and ten.
I really, really, really shouldn't get a dog at all because all the work of it falls on Savant, but I am in this house, with no car, no ability to take walks, and, given his new job, waking human company an average of maybe two hours a day during the week (one of which he has to spend on email; and studying squeezes in there too). That's 23 hours a day of nothin' for the hamstress.
Ain't right, yo. But look at what I just said: am I really selfish enough to add dog care to what has to be squeezed into Savant's two "free" hours?
Good thing I have five zillion projects to entertain myself, but dang, y'know? I look at Sally Freckles and my heart squeezes. I paw through available GSPs all the time.
