The alarm clock does its job at six in the morning, roaring and breaking through the early morning cold. It fails to wake me up unfortunately because it’s either I’m still too lazy to get out of bed or the annoying sound it makes is not loud enough to break into my dreaming and tell me it’s time to wake up.
