I'm sad today. I was re-reading Wild Adapter Vol 6, which is a polished jewel in my current collect of Minekura. I love that vol. I just do. I'm just sad that there's been no further development in Wild Adapter, as in there hasn't been a new volume in 6-8 months. I'm having issues with Superior Vol 9, but for completely, well, AWKWARD reasons. Chapter 1 of volume 9 is just... so... GAY. Just GAY. It sounds terrible, and I wouldn't have any issue with it except that it's a shounen manga... and it's so... seriously... gay.

You know, I generally don't think about mangaka unless I'm REALLY taken by their stories or I'm enthralled by their art. If I'm LUCKY, it's both. In general, I can tell from the art which mangaka is which, and, in this case, recently, I was reading Honey Hunt, and said, "AH, I know this mangaka..." It's not really my policy to read a lot of Shounen Jump titles because of two things: it makes me talk funny (i.e., like a guy), and it gets exhausting with all the battling and powering up. I mean, I DO read shounen... but... sheesh.

that Silver Diamond was basically being released 1 volume every 6-8 months. I believe that. It's been about a year since the last release of Musashi 9 and a few other of my favorites. I'm also not surprised that the YAOI bubble blew up. I mean, I know it's still popular, but many of the small companies DIED.
