Cave of Ordeals was a BITCH. It's not too bad if you have nothing but blue potions and figure out how to take out the darknuts [Hit them right after they hit you, their guard will be down. Also, bomb-arrows work on their armor sometimes.] (but more importantly, the ice guys who chuck spears at you!!) It's worth it for completions sake.

The poe thing was the only thing I didn't do (well that and the fishing, which I didn't count at all.). Didn't care enough. The bug thing was the only thing I used gamefaqs for and the only thing I PLANNED on using it for. The poes can suck me off for all I care.

I liked the game. Took me at max 60 hours to complete without a guide. Just missing a few poes, but fuck the poes.

Cave of Ordeals I found to be awesome, as it was the most challenging thing in the game! I beat it with half a heart left, hahaha.

Well, I use a guide because I'm BAD at RPG type games where I have to WANDER around a lot and do THINGS.

I'm not used to it, so I buy the guide. Plus, I don't game that much, so it's a good investment for me.

Ah... Cave of Ordeals scares me... but I'll probably try to go back in and finish it...

I'm just surprised that even at this point, you can just say, "it was fun and I liked it". Everything you say is tainted by the, "I never have to play this pos ever again". You'll be back though. Maybe when you're bored, or feeling like something challenging, you'll be back.

I rarely do that, though, unless the game is short. I play Onimusha 3 a lot because it's fairly short and easy. I never replay Onimusha 2 because it's complicated and annoying.

I've replayed Onimusha 4 ONCE, but that's just to see if I could get a better time. But my second disk got eaten when the PS2 broke, so... none there.

Onimusha, now THAT game I've played like a hundred times, just to see if I can get my best time and still hit everything...

I just don't do well with games that take too long... although I may go back and finish the Cave of Ordeals. (Frankly, the last two levels (48-49) keep seriously kicking my ass...)
