Trailer+Prologue Chap 1 Chap 2

“Yah, he’s pretty cute, huh?”
“Who? That tall guy?”
“Yeah…nah Yoochun, introduce us, introduce us!”
Yoochun chuckled.
“Really, Jaejoong? Well I guess he’s not bad…” Yoochun sighed, “at least he’s better than Junsu.”
“Is he that hard to work with? Why can’t you just be friends and make life easier?”
“I try Jaejoong, okay? But Junsu just doesn’t seem to like the idea of us being friends.”
“Well, I’m not surprised, you’re pretty immature anyway.”
“Wha-hey! Whose side are you on anyway?!”
Yoochun hit Jaejoong’s shoulder, as the latter broke in fits of laughter.
“Be ready in ten!”
All of them got their makeup done, and were waiting for the filming to start. To pass the time, the two pairs decided to finally get together for some talk.
And yes, Changmin and Jaejoong finally got introduced, and those two surprisingly got along so quickly, after they realized that both were table tennis fans.
“Well they got along pretty well,” Junsu commented.
Yoochun scoffed, “Well yeah, unlike us, who are supposed to be boyfriends.”
Junsu grunted.
“Look, I’m sorry to burst your bubble…but unlike you, I’m not a very sociable person,” Junsu sighed.
Yoochun was surprised that Junsu actually apologized, but before he could reply the director called them in to start filming.
~.~.~.~.~.
“Hey, why don’t we all go out for a drink, my treat!”
Jaejoong suddenly announced as dinnertime arrived.
“Great! We don’t really have to do much anyway, right Junsu?”
Ugh. Junsu wanted to go home, but he guesses that Changmin still needed him so he doesn’t break out his shy side around his crush and make everything awkward.
“Well, I guess I could use a drink.”
Changmin gave a small ‘yes!’ in triumph, and Junsu just chuckled.
And that was the first time that Yoochun saw Junsu really smile, like really, really smile.
“Yoochun are you listening?”
Yoochun snapped back from his trance. “W-what?”
Jaejoong placed an arm around his best friend’s shoulders.
“I was asking where we could go for a drink,” Jaejoong  whined.
“Well, I guess we could go to that samgyupsal place you always wanted to go to…”
“Ah, that’s great!”
They all agreed, and went to Kogi, a small place to enjoy some soju and meat.
“Hey Junsu-sshi!”
“Hm?”
“Let’s go order! Yoochun, you and Changmin look for seats okay?”
Junsu was whisked along, so Changmin was left with Yoochun.
“How’s it going with Junsu?”
Yoochun almost glared at Changmin.
“Well, he’s immature as ever.”
Changmin laughed.
“O-oi, I’m serious okay? He doesn’t even let us be friends…how come you survive his attitude?”
Changmin stopped laughing.
“Well yeah, it’s true that he could be difficult a lot of times but hey…if you actually get to know him, you’ll realize that he’s not as bad as you think….and you’ve been together for what…barely a month? I don’t think that’s enough time for you to have gotten under Junsu’s thick skin.”
Yoochun pondered, “I have no idea what he’s really like, you know…and it’s been harder for me to work lately because of that.”
Changmin smiled. “Well, I hope you have a long patience, because he doesn’t really trust people easily.”
“What do you mean?”
“I can’t tell you…not yet…but I have a favor to ask of you.”
Yoochun sighed.
“And what is that?”
“Please,” Changmin bowed, “Take care of my best friend.”
“W-wait, are you joking? I don’t even know a thing about---“
“Yoochun-sshi…if you haven’t noticed, I’m practically Junsu’s only friend.”
Well now that Yoochun thought about it…
Changmin rested his head on top of his clasped hands and spared a look at Junsu who was currently ordering some food with Jaejoong.
“We’ve been friends for years, and I thought that maybe he’d try to make some new friends but…I guess he couldn’t.”
“Couldn’t?”
“You see, there’s a reason why he’s so closed-off like that. I hope you understand that though he seems like a brat, he really isn’t…he’s just had a rough past, that’s all.”
Changmin faced Yoochun.
“Could you please promise me to try to be his friend? I think if he at least learns to open up and befriend someone like you, maybe he’d finally get over with what happened before.”
“….I….I guess I could try…”
Changmin gave him a word of thanks, as Jaejoong and Junsu came back to their table.
~.~.~.~.~.
Yoochun. Has. No. Idea. Why. It. Turned. Out. To. Be. Like. This.
Junsu clung to Yoochun, reeking of alcohol, after Changmin pushed the man to him (“Please take care of him, okay? He can’t take care of himself once he’s drunk!”).
“I really dislike---“ Junsu hiccupped, “youuuuuuuu”
Junsu sang in a sing-song voice that annoyed Yoochun.
“Yeah, I kinda know that already.”
Yoochun tried to support Junsu as he walked, but the guy was seriously moving too much!
“I hate people like you,” Junsu almost tripped, “who have so much talent, and do everything so effortlessly,” Yoochun put him inside his car, “who can act, shing and dansh….and do eeeeverythiiiing,” Yoochun closed the door and experienced some momentary silence.
But of course, he had to drive home, so Junsu just had to break the quietness once he got on the driver’s seat.
“While I work my ass so hard every single day, and yet people like you!” Junsu pointed, “youuuuuuuuuu receive so much praise for it, and I receive so much criticismmmmm”
Yoochun started driving, but he couldn’t contain the shock of what Junsu said.
The man just acknowledged that Yoochun had talent, but…
Yoochun sighed as he heard a loud snore.
Once they arrived at his house, Yoochun went down and opened the door on Junsu’s side.
“Just what kind of rough past did you have to be like this, hm?” Yoochun whispered almost to himself, and started carrying Junsu.
Yoochun started thinking.
Well it must have affected him so much that he refused to make more than one friend…
Yoochun locked the car.
Maybe Changmin was right…Junsu really did need a friend. Maybe, just maybe, the guy was just lonely. If that’s the case, then maybe it’s not a bad idea to be his friend.
Junsu suddenly stirred.
And.
Threw up.
On Yoochun’s favorite outfit.
Yoochun froze.
His eyebrow twitched.
“You know you really are making it hard to be friendly,” Yoochun said through gritted teeth.
Park Yoochun: 1; Kim Junsu: 2.
