Super-Mega Challenge 2!
Today, June 1, 2010, anime_abc turns 5 and to celebrate we're bringing back the...
Informationanime_abc's Super-Mega Challenge is a month long contest where you are challenged to make 26 icons in 26 days - one for each letter of the alphabet for a single anime and/or manga of your choice.
Should you choose to accept and complete the challenge, you shall be immortalized FOR ALL TIME in the Hall of Fame and you shall receive a snazzy banner to commemorate your success.
In addition, if you complete all 26 icons, you have the option to enter your personal favorite to the Single Icon contest that will be running in conjunction with this challenge. In order to be eligible to compete in the Single Icon contest, you must complete all 26 icons.
You may sign up for more than one claim but you can only enter one icon to the Single Icon contest; it can be from either set. Entrants are allowed to start early if you know you will have scheduling conflicts that will not allow you to work on your icons in June or if you simply want to get a head start. :D We would like to have as many completed sets as possible!Promote UsHelp spread the word guys!

Sign-ups are OPEN! You select the anime and/or manga that you wish to icon and submit that claim in a comment to this post. More than one person may sign-up for the same series.
[June 8th - July 3rd]
Sign-ups close and it's now time to make your icons! You will have most of June to finish your 26 icons. A new unscreened post for completed claims will be put up on June 8th. Once you complete your claim, publicly post your icons (to your journal, your icon community, just somewhere we can link back to) and submit that link in a comment to the aforementioned post. Also, should you choose, you can select one icon to be in the Single Icon voting post. Comment with your chosen icon to a separate, screened post.
[July 4rd - July 5th]
Voting for the Single Icon takes place.
[July 6th]
A list of the participants who completed the challenge will be posted, along with links to their completed claims. The winners of the Single Icon contest and banners for all participants will be posted as well.
We will continue to hold our normal ABC icontests throughout the run of the Super-Mega Challenge.
