I like that you just did a whole, serious post on fanfic :P. Howeverz... I have two points to make. One: don't slate the Spike/Buffy fic! It was well hot before they ruined it by making it a canon pairing :(. My favourite fic of all time is probably a Buffy/Spike fic (set post Lover's Walk) because it was the source of my sexual enlightenment :P and was my first real OMGZ introduction to the world of fanfic. I will always remember it fondly :P. Secondly, part two of the Deathly Hallows aint out until mid-2011 so you're going to have to wait a while for the kiddy pairings to really kick in :P.

Heehee, is it wrong to hope for some Firenze fic 8-)?

Ok, you have a point, once upon a time Spuffy was good. Definitely before they ruined it with canoness.

And yes, I will have to wait til 2011 for the HUGE INFLUX but no doubt people will watch the first half and go "shit, what happened in the second, must read" and that will lead to a small amount of fic.

No Firenzefic is not wrong. Depending on the pairing. I've read a Firenze/Draco. Nothing to write home about.
