The year in review:

1. What did you do in 2004 that you'd never done before?
Deboned a turkey.

2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
New Year's Resolutions are for the feable minded. So, yeah I made some, but I can't remember what they are, so I guess I didn't keep them?

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
My sister-in-law to twin girls.

4. Did anyone close to you die?
No.

5. What countries did you visit?
Michigan. Terrible place; I don't recommend a visit.

6. What would you like to have in 2005 that you lacked in 2004?
A great job when I graduate.

7. What date from 2004 will remain etched upon your memory, and why (optional)
June 28, the day before my birthday. I got my first present: a positive test for mono.

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Standing up for myself when I needed and the creation of the Eye Ball.

9. What was your biggest failure?
Failure? I don't know this word.

10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
Well, there's the mono, and there's the banging up both of my big toes badly enough that I had to walk funny. I did these at separate times. The first was when I bent it back while maneuvering to avoid squishing my nephew. The second, I dropped a baking tray on it. I think the second one hurt more, but maybe it's just because it's more recent.

11. What was the best thing you bought?
My baby, my G4 Powerbook. I might be naming him Pierre. Also pink shoes, white coats, cute jeans, those HOT black pants, and 5 bikinis.

12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
My mom's, and mine.

13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
Whoof.

14. Where did most of your money go?
Food and H&M.

15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
The pillows and the good luck kitty my mom got for me.

16. What song will always remind you of 2004?
Aqua - Candyman and Cartoon Heros--hell anything by Aqua really.

Frou Frou
Kylie Minogue

17. Compared to this time last year, are you:
i. happier or sadder? happier.
ii. thinner or fatter? thinner.
iii. richer or poorer? same.

18. What do you wish you'd done more of?
more nothing when I was sick. More dancin' once I got better.

19. What do you wish you'd done less of?
what I like to call, "wasting time."

20. How will you be spending Christmas?
Hawaii, baby!

22. Did you fall in love in 2004?
yes, with Pierre, and my pink shoes.

23. How many one-night stands?
None.

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Garden State (what? I liked it!)

31. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you (optional)?
I don't really remember. I turned 25 though. I had mono--that whole time is fuzzy.

32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
If I'd completed more personal projects.

33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2004?
Pink shoes, cute pants, scarves as belts, interesting jewelry like fun earrings, darker hair. Rediscovered bikinis.

34. What kept you sane?
Me, my friends (esp. *las), sometimes my mom.

35. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?
?

38. Who was the best new person you met?
New person? hmm... Matt I guess.

39. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2004:
Food is good but you can live without it when the sight of it makes you naseous.

&

The only one who has authority over you is you unless you LET others stomp on you. If you let people stomp on you, you shouldn't whine about it because it's your own damn fault--get out from under their foot and punch them in the face.

&

To feel comfortable in a bikini has nothing to do with how you actually look in a bikini, and everything to do with how you actually feel in a bikini.
