*puts on pedant hat* My "Perfect Preserves" book has little to say about black currants, but I found this that might be useful. I think there are ways to make liqueur out of black currants. Alternately, you could bring them to Jenn and me, and the three of us will turn them into jam. :)
Hmm. I didn't get a whole lot of them, but I might try making the syrup (I do love cordials, and we've always got low-sodium club soda in the house). Thanks!
