I've been using Dove "sensitive skin" soap - least amount of icky chemicals. Might be worth a shot to go the route of simplicity for a while, instead of a bunch more skin products - see if "less is more" for you as well.
For lotion, I'm using just one product these days: Pure Life Soap Company's "coconut body lotion". Likely quite findable on Amazon (via-amazon retailers may vary in the future, I used ["pure life soap" coconut] - without brackets - as the search phrase), I usually get mine through my local organic food shop.
I like coconut smell - i see they seem to have some coconut + other smells, so you might want to check your local shops before ordering online to make sure it smells good TO you and ON you.
(I swear, I tried one coconut lotion in the grocery store...smelled awesome in the bottle, smelled like ASS on me. :( )
I don't do much about exfoliation, though I do have the occasional callous (sp?) - I have a pumice rock (rather than the sandpaper stick) I use for that.
Hmm! I will have to check into that for my body...my face, that's a whole different beast. I have eczema, and SUPER sensitive skin that is prone to redness, and I really don't know what to use, other than the medicated creams my Dr gives, but I don't want to use those every single day, so I need a good facial cleanser and cream, at least. Bleeeh!!
