Well, my lovely friends, it's the first day of 2012, and well, I'm sick. Bleh!
So, I've been seeing a lot of resolutions, and while I am NOT a resolution maker, I have set a few goals.
1. Lose 40 more lbs this year - I will do this by (a) staying on the Atkins way of eating, (b) karate 2 x per week, even if I don't want to or feel like it, (c) get to the gym 3 x per week, same thing, no excuses, (d) DON'T GIVE UP!!!!
2. Figure out and stick to a regimin for my skin, especially my face. I am going for my first facial tomorrow, amd if it's good, I will keep that up once a month or so, and see if they have any advice / products for continued use. I need to do something for the rest of me too. Lotion, exfoliation, etc.
That's really it as far as my "goals" are. I think those are ambitious enough without adding anything else into the mix. Basically, I need to change my habits, period, and be healthier and in turn, happier.
