The stuff of Nightmares

I had a horrific, awful, terrible no good night mare last night. This is what I get for trying to sleep like a normal person. It never ends well.
Edit: Warning dream could be triggering to some.

I spent the first half hour after I got up sort of clinging to my husband. I am a strong woman, damnit, but this has knocked me for a loop.
