I had an entry that said I don't know what to do about work.  Well, I still don't.  Here's the situation.

I have interviewed at Cabell Hospital for a per diem position that would cross train me in the PICU and NICU.  This position is $38/hour for 48 hours a month.  Basically, every other weekend.   This is PERFECT for me!  It will get my foot back

I would write it all down as if you were writing a proposal and present it to your boss. Be willing to be flexible with what they need, but be firm with what you need. God, working for other people is stressful, isn't it? Let's win the lottery.
