How to Convert Youtube Videos into .mp3s

Automatic:

1. Submit (e.g. Youtube) flash video’s URL to a converter site.
   http://vixy.net/, which was busy when I tried it.
   http://zamzar.com/, which has recently become able to do this, and works like a charm, but you have to wait for an emailed URL for the ultimate download of ultimate destiny.
2. Choose output format, whether .avi, .mov, .mp3, etc.

Also, VLC (http://www.videolan.org/vlc/) will play the flash video (.flv) files directly. Along with .wmv and just about every other format. Ah, VLC - like donuts, is there anything you can't do?

Well, it doesn't put .mp3s into my iTunes, which had been my specific goal here.
