We bake our kale on top of some sauteed mushrooms and polenta, with added cheese. It's delicious (I can post the recipe if you'd like it). :-)

Yes, please; that sounds like a wonderful way to use up some of our cornmeal. It also reminds me that I forgot to buy mushrooms.

Curly Kale was rejected by my spouse as a food item, alas. We have to stick to flatter greens in this household.

Mmm, kale. Oddly, the one time I tried it raw, I hated it. But kale and potato soup = very yummy.
