Radio 3 is doing a broadcast of Edward II this Sunday!

Those of us in the States should be able to hear it too, via the website's "Listen Again" feature; it usually goes up shortly after the original broadcast and is available for a week.

My students were freaked out when they realized they recognized Fiona Shaw because she was Aunt Petunia in the movies.

OT: Do you have a cassette player? I have a bunch of Shakespeare plays (and Gielgud reading the Sonnets) on cassette tape which I never listen to, and you're welcome to 'em. If you want them, e-mail me (dshilling@verizon.net) to make sure I have the right address.

I do indeed, but I am going to change addresses in about three weeks (HOLY CRAP OMG THAT IS SO DAMN WRONG I CANNOT HANDLE IT). I will email you when I know where I'll be living for the rest of the year, because I would love to have those tapes. :)
