HELL YES.

The trout bit will never, ever stop being funny, especially.

(Also I didn't think that redheaded gun-toting Aumerle was comparatively bad enough to single out; many of the other supporting performances were at least equally unwatchable.)

Yeah -- well, "not that bad" in the context of the total crapstravaganza Farrell made of the play's ending. I am also convinced that the giant knife is actually a bread knife, but that might just be because it's funny, rather than because it actually looks like a bread knife.

Having rewatched the film, I think that much of my vitriol in re: the supporting cast is reserved for Henry the Human Two-By-Four.

sad to say the macbeth reviews for Liam's production are not great although he personally is getting great write-ups - " perfect, ever excellent" etc but he didn't expect good reviews for the production as a whole and he hasn't been disappointed :-(: This is the Scotsman: http://thescotsman.scotsman.com/features?articleid=4508464... )
