What, I haven't done one in a while. No Rly. Plus I'm informed that I've had Vash for two months now SO it seems like a good time, though he hasn't formed as many relationships as I'd like

Lina on Jak! - HE REMINDS HER OF HOME. Somewhat. In the sense that at least he sees the adventure in killing giant crabs! And she appreciates that he's a good guy too, even if he doesn't act like it. She's pretty familiar with the emo dark and broody badass types, and her natural reaction is to make up for their lack of cheer. Doesn't find his OMG RAGE particularly bothersome or anything, he just needs to like, destress. Srsly.
But basically she likes him pretty well and I need to make sure they talk more, cause he's the kind guy she'd make friends with pretty quickly (HER definition of friends, it rarely works in reverse) and basically someone she'd always get a kick out of bothering.
ALSO. Return the favor! What does Jak think of Lina?
So. Lina caught Jak during a bad time. Or a more honest time, whichever you prefer. He had gone through some stressful times, and a crazy lady showing up and ordering HIM around was not something he liked. Then, for her to simply turn around and actually be polite was something he wasn't expecting. So he restrained himself, tried to simmer down, and as of right now sees Lina as... odd. She's a powerful magician, but not like any powerful magician he's met so far. She seems like she wants to have a good time more than engage in deep and meaningful activities and searc for wisdom. So, Jak basically don't know what to think of her. Except that if he doesn't watch out she'll probably gonna end up topping him somehow.
Killua on Gon - NOTHING NEW. HAH. You know. Gon owns him. Killua would kill anyone that seriously hurt Gon in a non-physical manner but that WON'T HAPPEN so we're good. KILLUA LIKED THE CAKE MONSTER, WHICH HE TOTALLY DIDN'T EAT IN ONE SITTING SO YOU KNOW IT SUFFERED.
Vash on Gon - Nothing really. Vash recognizes him as a cute kid around camp.
Ed on Snake - Recognizes him as. That Snake guy. Who's been here for a while. Made a box for him once! Otherwise nothing really
Lina on Snake - THEY HAVEN'T MET, THEY REALLY, REALLY SHOULD
Killua on Snake - The guy that ran off with Gon for two weeks. Ass. But there was a cake monster involved so Killua is mostly over it.
Ed on Yuusuke - NOTHING CHANGES it all stays the same. Ed did kinda get the VAGUE sense that something was wrong with Urameshi last time he they talked, but Ed isn't really the type to pry and he knows Urameshi can take care of himself, so he let him run off. Otherwise, blahblah friends. If Ed DID find out Atsuko had died you would get a lot of Ed

FORTUNATELY we've covered most of this OOCly. BUT FOR THE SAKE OF RECAP:
Following the fight Ed was briefly VERY angry with Roy. It wasn't the fight that made him angry, it was the stuff he learned in the manga but he ignored it until Roy went out and ignited his temper. When he wasn't able to pound Roy into the ground and get his rage out that way, he did it in words.
He's mostly over that now. Ed doesn't really stay mad at people he doesn't truly hate, and while I wouldn't say he takes back the things he said then, he wouldn't say them nowThe stuff in the manga that pissed Ed off so much was, basically, that he came to realize he'd been overestimating himself. Ed has low enough self worth as it is so he's never really happy to go down a few more pegs. But to HIM Roy's actions in the manga clearly show that while he might care, because he ISN'T a horrible guy, he doesn't really consider Ed useful. Now Ed has never sat down and thought "I want to be useful to Roy" but that's what it amounts to. He wants to be

He's over it now. Ed's a well adjusted boy. He was angry for a while but he put it aside. Hurt for a while but he put it aside. They are, in their camp relations, more or less back to where they were before. They can tease and talk and fight and generally be asses at each other but there will be a new wall there, or an old wall. Ed's accepted that while Roy might think of him as a some-kinda-friend, that he still definitely thinks of Ed as a kid, or not strong enough or not mentally ready enough or not loyal enough or whatever Ed would need to be to be useful to him. Ed... doesn't plan on trying to change this. Roy has gone out of his way to only let Ed do what his main goal is. And when Ed WANTED to talk to Hawkeye, wanted to help, wanted them to do something that wouldn't mean sacrificing her and Roy and all the 'war criminals' at the end of their coup, he was very politely told to butt out. He was told to focus on his own goal. It was made clear that their problems were seperate, and Ed wasn't invited to the party

Lina on Rabi - Lina likes him well enough. Rabi's just the kind of guy she'd get along with. He's fun, laid back, strong and good looking. He can banter and generally not take it too personally if she sets you on fire. All good qualities!
She really doesn't have any interest in him. Lina never has that kinda interest in guys. But she DOES recognize that. Well. He's hot. And AS A WOMAN WHO CAN NEVER GET A GUY it irritates her when perfectly straight hot men go and switch teams, which is why he got blown up for wanting Greed to molest him. =\
Vash on Ari - Ari stands out a little more than most other kids to Vash. This is partly just because they've talked more but also because of adventures in avoiding Yukari. Vash more or less instantly recognizes Ari as one of the quiet but intelligent types, the sort that doesn't think highly of himself at all. He'll generally do his best to both protect Ari and build him up. Vash is good with kids and knows that in the quiet types, being shown individual attention is really rewarding for them..

Vash on Hikaru - LOOK YOU CAN HAVE ONE ON JUST YOUR CHARACTER. Hokay so! Vash likes the twins, Vash likes everyone. Vash doesn't ACTUALLY feel a whole lot more of a kinship with the twins than everyone else. On some level he does, because they remind him of his short-lived youth. But it's not very powerful.
Vash never felt the need to be told appart from his twin, except for later when Knives when crazy and on occation people would fear Vash because he looked like Knives. And then there whole matter of the way their fates were locked into each other. But... Vash loves his brother. To Vash his brother died a long time ago but he loved his brother. He regrets he couldn't have the relationship Hikaru and Kaoru have, but he's really happy they have it. And for a year he did have that relationship, and he protected and loved his brother and spent a lot of time worried about how the world would accept them

Vash on Sano - Noisy! Stubborn! Otherwise okay. Vash likes kids afterall. Stubbornness is the only real impression Vash has gotten so far though.
Vash on Kaoru - See Hikaru's post for general twin stuff. For Kaoro specifically...
More uhm. Sane. Normal. Twin. I was going to say emotionally dominant but that's not really it. Vash has just noticed that he's more in control, more calm, more understanding and more respective in general. He's not really ALL THAT DEEP or anything, but relative to Hikaru he's much better at dealing with humanity beyond himself and his twin. Basically? More intelligent and more thoughtful. Vash kind of sees how the differences in their personalities have balanced each other out, until if they're together they really ARE a lot alike, but get them alone and he thinks it's pretty easy to tell them apart.
Killua on Havoc - Needs to poke him again.
Ed on Al - It's sad I don't have much to say here. But rly we're used to that by now, aren't we? Roy told Al why Roy and Ed fought BUT IF YOU ASKED ED THAT HAD
