Lina on Rabi - Lina likes him well enough. Rabi's just the kind of guy she'd get along with. He's fun, laid back, strong and good looking. He can banter and generally not take it too personally if she sets you on fire. All good qualities!
She really doesn't have any interest in him. Lina never has that kinda interest in guys. But she DOES recognize that. Well. He's hot. And AS A WOMAN WHO CAN NEVER GET A GUY it irritates her when perfectly straight hot men go and switch teams, which is why he got blown up for wanting Greed to molest him. =\
Vash on Ari - Ari stands out a little more than most other kids to Vash. This is partly just because they've talked more but also because of adventures in avoiding Yukari. Vash more or less instantly recognizes Ari as one of the quiet but intelligent types, the sort that doesn't think highly of himself at all. He'll generally do his best to both protect Ari and build him up. Vash is good with kids and knows that in the quiet types, being shown individual attention is really rewarding for them.. At the same time, while he doesn't mind helping, he doesn't want to give he impression that Ari can't do anything for himself, so he'll also go out of his way to ask Ari about stuff. Because being able to answer someoen's question makes anyone feel useful. Stuff like that! SURPRISINGLY Vash is really well thought out in how in handles people, once he knows what kinda person they are.
Ed on Ari - Same ol', same ol'. Ed cares about Ari, he really does consider him a friend even if they don't talk much. Ed doesn't THINK about the fact that they don't talk much. It's not something that registers to him, as typically his relationships are in and out, off and on, but they still mean something to Ed. Still has no idea that Ari is gay for his brother or that Ari is terrified of him.
Ed on the Twins - First of all, he doesn't even know of Kaoru yet because no one mentioned Kaoru! He knows there is Hikaru and there is the other one and no he can't tell them appart, he doesn't even try.
He's not mad at the Twins for getting Tomo hurt. Ed figures she brought it on herself. HE IS kinda irritated they keep harassing him about Tomo, because that isn't embarrassing enough already. But overall he recognizes them as some semi-annoying friends of Tomo. They seem pretty much okay, but are clearly the trickster sort, which either Ed gets along with or Ed can't stand depending on if they decide to trick him or not.
