Have you ever had a dream that left you with a palpable sense of frustration? Tell us about it.

Oh boy, have I. I think my most frustrating dreams are the ones that feature me being back in high school. As someone who couldn't wait to get out of there the first time, it's something akin to a nightmare to be back in it. I can remember my locker ( Read more... )

Wow you can manipulate your dreams? That sounds amazing! Heh, if I could do that, walking out of high school and bolting would probably be the first thing. (Though, I did have another dream about high school a few days ago -- I was attending some function there and was being escorted by Jean-Luc Picard, then we got caught up in this murder mystery, and I spotted Shinzon in the crowd. It was all very weird.)

*bg* Yes, I do recall that Voyager episode! It was one of the good ones. :) Of course, my favorite episode of the entire series was Tinker, Tenor, Doctor, Spy, but that episode with the dreaming was also pretty cool. Janeway stared down antimatter and antimatter blinked. *giggle*

Ok, it cracks me up that Boba Fett is your cue, but I actually realize that I don't really have a clue who Boba Fett was (I've heard the name, but when I look at the character, it doesn't ring a bell.)

I sometimes dream that I'm having a fight with my sister or my Mum and I wake up still angry about it, even though it didn't happen. It drives me absolutely mad! I suppose it's because we're usually arguing about things we could argue about in real life so it's particularly irksome.

Oh, I've had dreams like that too. Once, back when I was in college, I ended up having a dream where I was arguing with my mother. I ended up yelling something like, "I am not in the mood for this, Mother!" and actually yelled it out loud instead of just in the dream. It was enough to jar me out of sleep, and I discovered that I'd actually freaked my two roommates out a little. That was actually something I found a little amusing. ;)

I had a dream the other night that I'd submitted the story I finished a few weeks back to a magazine and got back a weirdly scathing letter that accused me of being racist in a way that made absolutely no sense. And then for some reason the letter was in a booklet with their replies to other people and I was going to go see how typical mine was but then I woke up. /cool story bro

Oh god I think everyone who goes to school has 'back in school' dreams. D: Do those ever go away?

*snorts* Probably. Of course, mine always end up with me back in high school. Not college, I'd love those, because I adored being in college. High school, on the other hand... *headdesk* I spent the entire four years counting down the days until I'd be finished with it.

Lulz high school is seven years in the UK. :3
I can't think what the last school dream I had was but I'm certain I get them. Pretty sure I'm getting university dreams already as well.
