I don't have a question [as of yet], but I give you free reign to ask me whatever you want also and I'll answer. Somewhat truthfully. >.>
I would never be able to stick to such a schedule, because I know that twenty minutes can seem like four hours with an unfit body like mine. Snaps for you.
I'll hit back with a question when I rustle one up! But as for the schedual it took me like a month to get to 10 minutes. Basically I walked for 20 minutes and jogged for like thirty seconds and increased by thirty seconds each day. I'm suprised I got this far.
Everyday just chuck another thirty seconds in. I had to take a few days off because of something that happened to my back (I don't think it's a running injury... but...). Anyway take it slow if you start, get good sneakers, make it part of daily habits and stretch things out if you need to.
