First off, welcome new LJ readers especially my badger buddy
treeson. Welcome! In lieu of an actual introduction post, I'll let you new folk ask me a question and I'll answer as truthfully as the fifth amendment warrants.
Second, I have a mass post brewing in my head - it's pretty much a funeral dirge for my city. I'm sure most of you have seen the footage already. It's an epic post it's sitting in my drafts folder.
Third, got back to jogging. My back feels much better - not 100% mind, but somewhere around 80%. Surprisingly it was pretty pleasant. I don't think I actually felt it until my side (which is a breathing problem or something I've always had it) told me it was nearly time to stop. It was so very needed. The last couple days I just haven't really felt awake - and on top of Humidity from Hell? Not a good idea either. For the curious I've included the regimen after the cut.
20 Minutes Total
Currently (for the week)
10 Minutes Walking
10 Minutes Jogging, with one pause in between (today it was at 6:15 in) for water and to catch breath and stuff.
In one or two weeks, I'll start adding :30 seconds to the total of running and go up to 15:00 minutes where I'll hang out like the 10 minute sections. I'll probably add more time for more walking to warm up.
It was definitely needed.
Humidity from hell is gone with spectacular storm last night. Very, very nice.
