i'm not exactly on weight watchers, i just follow it very very loosely. and ever since i hit my 30's, i can't really eat whatever i want anymore, so i'm always trying to find lowfat, healthy alternatives. nothing wrong with eating healthy! i just don't like all that "free" crap with a crazy list of ingredients that are not even natural. i call it frankenstein food!
and i loooove ice cream! i'm mad at my body for being lactose intolerant, but the yogurt cultures make it easier to digest and low fat so it's a win win thing, woo hoo!
