Car troubles:(

I love driving, but I sometimes hate cars. Went to Buxton on Monday and my engine management light came on. Waited for the AA to come. He checked it out and said it is fine to drive just get it checked at the garage. Luckily it is in for service on Friday. Hope it is not too expensive.
