revisiting the old world charm

I was sent on an errand this saturday afternoon by my aunty to Arab Street to buy a basket. Since I was in the area I went up the next street and spent 2 hours drifting in and out of shophouses at Haji Lane. I loved it! It was like being transported back in time of Singapore in the 70s. Got a lot of people take photos there right? Its one of those places that look so good on camera. You've managed to capture some nice angles.

I buy all my barang barang from Haji Lane. They got weird stuff. Especially like the fact that the crammed lane looks like it is made for hookers! ROFL. Did you buy anything for yourself? Deanne

heya lass. i would recognize ya photos anywhere in a heartbeat. they're so distinctive. so ya won't have to worry bout people stealing them! ha! if i ever make a trip to singapore ya make bloody sure you take me to this place you're ranting and raving bout.
