Last week, I sold my DSLR. I felt a pang of sadness. But I do not believe in keeping white elephants and a white elephant it was. I hardly ever took it out when Marissa came along. I was already packing so much gear for the kids and I wasn’t ever gonna have time for a photography hobby now that I’m studying as well.

I was sent on an errand this saturday afternoon by my aunty to Arab Street to buy a basket. Since I was in the area I went up the next street and spent 2 hours drifting in and out of shophouses at Haji Lane. I loved it! It was like being transported back in time of Singapore in the 70s.
