Are you insane?! Don't pass up the cool new guy. I think your aspirations sound lovely. If you've ever read the Lia Block books (I can't remember if it's you or some one else who loves them) you'll realize how much your purple pita bread and old dresses sound like one of her stories. friending makes me happy, and I know they sound like her books, and I don't want to feel like I'm copying her, but I guess she's sort of inspired me. Does that make me weird and obsessive. I don't want to be in her books, I just want that sort of life.
