First of all, I want to say it before I forget, because this is kind of important and I am prone to forgetting important things: I'm moving within two weeks. I may have to hiatus as the packing/unpacking steps up a notch, but I really don't know the exact time that'll be. Expect me to be near-dead online during this time.

It seems like all the houses we like are already pending. A couple weeks ago we found a very nice one: roundabout driveway, four bedrooms, two baths, big backyard, all for $115k. Pending. Piece of advice, guys: never suddenly decide that you need to move within a month. And by "suddenly" I mean "without previously having made necessary actions including putting your current house on the market, contacting various realtors, and making sure that all housemates actually agree on what the hell they even want in said new home". I mentioned that I was having wrist trouble last entry, and would like to append: it seems to be an issue with my thumb. I'm double-jointed - or merely possess "extraordinary motor control, and potentially some kind of hypermobility", as somebody in the comments said, but the point is I can do what this fellow is doing and it doesn't take effort.
