After spending what most would consider too long debating if she should go after him or not, Lilah finally went to find Wesley and found him in the very last place she wanted to find him in. She stopped in front of Cordelia's office when she saw Wes with Fred and Cordelia and he was smiling.

She wasn't sure what to do now,so she just stood there for a second,before thinking that going after him had been a very stupid idea on her part. So she started to head back to her office,hoping that no one had seen her pining away for a man who had made it clear he didn't care enough about her to actually be with her.

Wesley frowned when he saw Lilah. She probably hated him right now. He knew what it was like to be in love with someone that did not return the affection. He also knew what he wished Fred had done with him. He would try and straighten out the mess but right now he wanted to be happy for a while.

After seeing him Lilah just turned around and headed back towards her office,she couldn't deal with him right now,not after seeing him with Fred.

Fred hadn't noticed Lilah's presence or Wesley's noticing of Lilah, she was too busy planing Cordy's talk with Angel. "... given his resistance to emotional talks I could get Harmony to spike his blood with something and then lock him in... Wesley is there a vampire ingested tranquilizer?"

Wesley had stopped paying attention when the girls went into their own little world.He was slightly jealous that Fred's attention was so fixed on Cordelia that she didn't answer his question.

"We should go get Angel now!" Fred said looking to Wesley as the we. The could trick Angel upstairs, make sure there was a kiss before they let them out of the office and then she and Wesley could have some alone time of there own.

Cordy shook her head quickly. "No, Fred, it's okay. I'll talk to him tomorrow, I promise. Anyway, Angel's supposed to be my best friend, no matter what else might be going on aside from that. If he has a problem just having a conversation with me, then we've got all kinds of issues we haven't even thought of yet. Anyway, you and Wes just figured things out. It's okay to focus on that for at least a few hours and bask in the glory of finally getting what you want. We can worry about me later."

"What was that you said to me about avoiding my problems?" Wesley asked Cordy. He wasn't going to let her walk away from this one after what she did to him.

"You should wear that stuff more often." Wesley said.

"Good," Cordy said to both of them. "See? Identity crisis averted, and I can function a lot better knowing I'm not the only one who doesn't have it all together. Now you two? Get out of here. Go have some private time to...uh, talk. Or...talk. Just not in my office. I have a rule that I just made up about people doing stuff in here that I haven't done."

"Are you sure?" Fred asked, "We could always go get Angel first... just to keep you company if nothing else..." of course that was a complete lie, if Fred got Angel in the office with Cordy she wouldn't settle for compainy, and Fred a horrible liar most of the time, so it was easy to read.

"Love... She told us to leave." Wesley said.
