I have a frozen towel on my neck, it helps a lot. But ugh...this is like Kelowna without AC. Vancouver's average temperature for summer is 22 degrees. Right now (at 11PM) is 27 degrees. That temp is taken by the airport, near the ocean, which is like 4 degrees cooler than inland ( Read more... )

Vancouver is muggy lately but at least it's not burning down. Kelowna is burning down again. This time on the west side. So I'm not worried about my family. But there are still a lot of people who live on the other side of the bridge.

I moved.

I live alone for the first time ever!! It's nice, but I still expect someone to come home.

Soon I will get used to it. So nice. Quiet, clean. I can walk around in my underwear after I shower.
