I'm spending the whole day waiting for tomorrow. Tomorrow is the plane that will take me home. Today, the dining hall is closed (I didn't know it would be) and I have no food because I have no cash. I have spare change which I shall use at a vending machine when the moment of desperation strikes.
In the meantime, I am bored! If you see this

Hersheys? I didn't know about this officialization. I always assumed an old chocolate would do. I guess I know better now.
I'm hungry too! But I just got a call from my Mom giving me permission to use my card and get FOOD! FOOD, FOOD, GLORIOUS FOOD!!!!! (I'll be saner after my tummy's full; I promise.)
In the meantime, thanks for commenting on my fic. ^_^

Loved the drabble. Where are they? For some reason, I got the feel that it takes place during the year abroad. In which Belgian chocolate might not be that weird, but finding chocolate substitutes would be, and graham crackers. I miss graham crackers.
Anyways, just the idea of the Bats camping out makes me grin. I imagine it must be quite weird. Also liked the line "No Alfred through which to cop out on actually speaking to each other". Where's Alfred? Though having to speak to one another is a good thing. Though I imagine they'll still try to do as little talking as possible. *hugs the emotionally distant, stubborn Bats*
If you're looking for something to do...write Tim/Cassie? *grins* I'm finishing up one of my 24xmas ( ... )

The Food/Money problem actually got solved by a phone call from Mom shortly after I finished the post. It's why I've taken so long to reply. I was out getting food and comics and other stuff I was feeling deprived of earlier. (Ice cream! WHEEEEEE!!!SUGARRUSH OMG!!!FWEEEEE!!!)
I was actually trying to imply that it does take place during their year abroad. It's why they're together trying to bond and didn't bring Alfred along. And yes, they are repressive bats, but during that particular year, they were trying to reach out to one another. It's actually a love/hate thing I have about OYL. I love the fact that they went abroad to quell their demons and talk out their problems. I hate that we never got to actually see any of it. We see the effects, and that's wonderful. I like how close Tim and Bruce are now. I like that Bruce and Dick aren't angry at each other anymore. I like that Dick was close enough to Tim to pull him from the brink with that ( ... )

Florida weather is muggy as all get out right now. There was one traffic corner where I needed to remind myself that it was technically physically possible to breathe.
Oooohhh! A beloved topic and lots of good prompts! Yay for a fun holiday project...
You for--? *gasp!* For SHAME!

And, auw, are you stuck at college before Christmas? I only just got home. The holidays are fast approaching, and I'm just about ready for them...seriously. The only thing on my mind, though, is that I live out in the boondocks with *no* comic book stores...the final Ra's al Ghul crossover book comes out next week...and I *didn't* get the latest book in the Wondergirl mini...! >.<
I'm sorry you're bored, has this rambling helped at all? Maybe I can buckle down and get something written to brighten things up a bit.

I go home tomorrow. I have comic book stores at home, but I don't know if I'll get to go to them. A) My did doesn't approve of the hobby and I would like to have a no-drama holiday & B) The roads are really icy in Kansas right now, and physically getting to said stores could be problematic anyway.
Yes, your rambles helped. Thank you very much. ^_^

European-style Milky Ways, though, are pure heaven condenced in a yummy little bar. They're like "Three Musketeers" made with real butter nogat instead of the chocolate stuff. Just to *die* for, though they probably wouldn't make very good s'mores.
Kanas is icy, huh? Texas is just chilly. And dull. But it's home, and it's good to be back. Hope you enjoy your holidays, whatever drama comes of it. ^_^

Your Euro-milky-way descriptions sounds utterly scrumptious!
Yep, Kansas can get Icy. Texas, however, only gets snow every 25 years or so. My grandparents were present for both of the last two times as I understand it...
