Ano...If I remember correctly, I think this is the first time I've commented on anything of your's even though I've been a silent reader for quite some time now. XP

While reading Love So Sweet, I've always wondered about Sho and Kaori's relationship, so I'm very much excited for how this story turns out. :]

Yosh! Now to the actual chapter! :D

Personally, I don't really mind the medical imagery. Then again, I'm planning on being a doctor of some kind in the future, so all this medical stuff is normal to me. I also don't mind the formality between Sho and Kaori currently. Truthfully, I think professional fits Sho more than cuteness. So the formality makes it more realistic in my eyes.

Hmmm...Yeah, that's all I can think of for now. XP Once again, I very excited about this story and I can't wait for the next chapter. So update soon, ne~ :]

haha yup there's a bit of that gap in the next chapter! Kaori's character is definitely different than Rina's in several ways...

i don't know which photoshoot that Sho picture is from, but i did get it from maskerade_love's LJ if that helps :/
