Guess I should change my userpic since I didn't run 3M this year!

Lessee, last Monday, had an appt with Dr. Roby to follow up on new allergy treatment. Later, I (and about 50 of our closest tri-buddies!) went to Central Market for the AT meeting. Wow that's a busy week! Good job running the course all by your lonesome. You're gonna do great on race day!! And then you can replace your 3M picture with one from AT&T!

I thought about going to the AT meeting to hear about nutrition from an expert, but it didn't happen. Guess that was a good thing, if you couldn't hear anyway.

D'oh I missed you at the Central Markets get together... I woz there. If you come to the run expo on Saturday look me up I should be on the Distance Challenge Booth or the Marathons of Texas Booth between 3-6pm

this is from Marble Falls Triathlon 2005 (when I had a yellow bike and a purple helmet!) now I have a silver/white helmet. Well, i still have the purple helmet too, but it is only used on special occasions when I pull down the 40 lb purple (hybrid) bike. Like Sunday afternoon!
