Ugh...Streaming Radio

I logged into Last.fm earlier this afternoon to listen to my library on Last.fm radio since I was too lazy to hook up my external hard drive and kick iTunes into gear. Imagine my surprise when I found out that I had "qualified for a free 30 track trial of Last.fm radio". Really? So, I got to listen to 30 songs before I received a notice saying ( Read more... )

There are ways around said licensing restriction.
Let me know if you want more info.

But, what I will say is that if you play Last.FM via Rhythmbox, the 30 song restriction does not appear to be in place ;-)

Unless they instituted the change over this last weekend.

Have you tried it yet today? It is a really recent change...I was just logged in a couple of days ago and the big banner about the paid subscription was nowhere in sight.

I see the normal stuff to subscribe, which has always been there, but it's working normally for me...
