Tomorrow I will return home and drop by the office to check my mail and faxes. Of course I can check my email and voice mail on the road, but mail and faxes are still low tech things that sit there waiting for me in person

We get offers for investment opportunities on our fax.
They never have any way to reach them to tell them we want off the list...so I don't know how we are supposed to take advantage of the investment "opportunity" either.
I get those in which they are just touting some penny stock that I am supposed to run out and buy. Like I am going to invest in a stock because someone sent me a junk fax promoting it.
These are so illegal, but they are all operating offshore and suing them is beyond the skills of the average person.
I also get bombarded with "official memo from Human Resources Dept" addressed to "all employees" advising me about "limited time opportunities" to book an all inclusive vacation to Cancun. I call them back now and then and jack with them, asking them all kinds of stupid questions like "how many miles is the beach front condo from the beach?" and "Is there an ocean nearby to the beach?"
They patiently answer my questions, then finally I tell them to hold on while I get out my credit card. I ask them if they have a pen and paper to write it down. Then, right as I start to read a credit card number to them, I hang up.
