I figured. We won't move until everything's planned and set; until we have backup and a strategy. The basic idea is for Katara to hold him still using her waterbending. Ty Lee'll move in after and take him out using her pressure point technique, so that he can't move anymore. Once that happens, the team can move him somewhere else, and keep surveillance until we figure out what to do with him.

Slicing him up wouldn't really do anything if he's immortal--but we're gonna catch and stop him. We really need a team for this kind of thing, though; Ty Lee and Katara can't rush in without cover.

What do you plan to do with him after you stop him?

Move him, and keep him under surveillance There's an idea floating around about implanting his chip again, but none of us know how to do that, and he'd just rip it out.

He can't die, but there has to be a way to stop him from doing this again.

Our first job is to secure the area around Walter; give him no openings, and keep him in one spot. Then, we'll cover Katara and Ty Lee. They play a key part in this whole thing, so they can't get hurt. Once they've taken Walter down, we'll be moving him elsewhere--to a warehouse, maybe--and keeping watch. We're here so that no one goes into this alone.
