Who runs the police force around here? I really wanna talk to you. Or, if there isn't one, then I need a team to get together for backup. Soon.

I figured. We won't move until everything's planned and set; until we have backup and a strategy. The basic idea is for Katara to hold him still using her waterbending. Ty Lee'll move in after and take him out using her pressure point technique, so that he can't move anymore. Once that happens, the team can move him somewhere else, and keep surveillance until we figure out what to do with him.
