The new mix of Guitar Freaks (9th) came out this past weekend. This mix seems to be one of the better ones; I recognize a number of the songs right off the bat. The usual suspects have returned with new material (Yaida Hitomi, Spitz, Gackt); some of the new bubbly j-pop songs are really addictive; there's a fun Spanish acoustic number that's a joy

I love Andrew WK. Anyone who has not done so already should read his interview with The Onion AV Club. I actually found it to be fairly inspiring.
